Substitution Policy:

Please note that every effort will be made to design your chosen arrangement as close as possible. Please keep in mind that substitutions may occur as some flowers are not available during certain seasons of the year. We will do our best to make the arrangement as close in color and style as possible and we will fill your order to the price shown.

Delivery Area 

Our shop serves the following areas in Pennsylvania:   All Erie Area Zip Codes, Harborcreek, and North East . In New York: Ripley. This includes all Funeral Homes, Hospitals, Churches, Businesses, and residential areas in the  surrounding Erie and North East areas.

Delivery fee is minimal charge to local funeral homes.

Delivery Policy

U.S. orders must be recieved before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We do our best to accomodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it, especially at holiday time.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested that day will  be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemetaries cannot be guaranteed.

We make every effort to contact the recipient by phone before attempting delivery. If recipient is not home we will leave a message and/or a delivery tag. Please note that If additional attempts are necessary to deliver product, a nominal fee will added to the charges for multiple attempts. We will not leave product in inclement weather such as extreme heat or cold. It is our policy to make every effort to deliver product directly to the recipient.
